Safety Statement

We must;

● Provide a safe environment for both our customers and chauffeurs

● Maintain safe and healthy working conditions

● Provide adequate control of health and safety risks which may arise from activities associated with work

● Provide and maintain suitable equipment and cars

● Provide all the necessary instruction, information and supervision for our chauffeurs

● Ensure all our chauffeurs are fully trained and competent to fulfil the tasks which they have been given

● Prevent accidents from arising

● Continually revise and improve on all the above points

Covid Adaptions

● All our Chauffeur Cars have now been fitted with Coronavirus (COVID -19) screens for added safety.

● We abide by a ‘Double Clean’ system which is our minimum Sanitisation Standard. The steps are as follows;

1. Wash car prior to journey

2. Sanitise car before each journey

3. Offer to sanitise clients’ luggage

4. The Journey commences/ends

5. Sanitise car once the customers leave the car

6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 for the next journey

● Every Chauffeur Car will go through an extensive Anti-Bacterial Interior Wipe-down before every booking. We will wipe down the door handles and other contact points. You

will always have High Alcohol Hand Gel on entering the car. Whilst the government is still rolling out the vaccine, we insist that all passengers adhere to all Government Covid Regulations.

● Face coverings – for both you and your passengers

● You are required to wear a face covering at all times when in your vehicle as per government guidelines.

● The driver will offer passengers new face coverings if they have no face covering or if their face covering is not suitable.

● Passengers should wear facial covering for the duration of the journey including entry and exit of the vehicle.

● Disabled people and those with breathing difficulties (exemption note required) are also exempt from wearing a face covering.The driver can refuse to carry any passenger who is not wearing a facial covering
